“We've had a VP of Engineering role open for ten weeks. Nothing but noise.”
Give us two weeks. We don't wait for applicants.
Connecting Talent with Opportunity. Building Teams for Tomorrow.
Arohaan Talent Partners is a small, opinionated search firm. We run executive search, permanent placement, and contract staffing for companies who'd rather wait two extra weeks for the right person than fill a seat with the wrong one.

What clients actually say
We asked, they answered
“We'd already burned three months and two other firms on this search. Arohaan called us back with a shortlist in eleven days, and our VP of Engineering is still there two years later.”
Sarah Chen
CEO, Series B fintech startup
“I've worked with a lot of staffing reps who disappear after the invoice goes out. Ours calls me. That's the whole review, honestly.”
Marcus Webb
COO, regional logistics company
“They told us our first-choice candidate wasn't going to accept our offer and to be ready with a backup plan. They were right, and having the backup plan already lined up saved the quarter.”
Priya Raman
Head of People, healthcare services group
The problem
Most companies aren't bad at hiring. They're just too busy to do it well.
We hear the same four complaints on almost every first call. Here's what we actually do about each one.
The problem
The role has been open for ten weeks. The job post is live everywhere, and the only applicants are people who are clearly applying to a hundred jobs at once.
How we helpWe don't wait for applicants. Most people we place weren't job hunting when we called them, so you're not fishing from the same shrinking pool as everyone else.
The problem
Your internal recruiter is covering fifteen open roles at the same time. Nobody's getting real attention, and everyone knows it.
How we helpEach of our recruiters runs a handful of searches at once, not fifteen. That's the whole reason a search moves in weeks instead of months.
The problem
The last hire looked great on paper, made it eight months, and now you're paying to run the same search twice, plus the cost of the time he was ramping and the notice you had to give.
How we helpEvery candidate is reference-checked and skills-tested before you see a resume, and permanent placements come with a 90-day replacement guarantee if it still doesn't work out.
The problem
A staffing firm sends over thirty resumes for one role and maybe two of them are actually worth a first call. Now someone has to sort through the noise.
How we helpWe'd rather send you three people you'd actually hire than thirty you have to screen yourself. If we don't have a real fit yet, we say so instead of padding the list.
What we do
Four ways to get someone in the seat
Most clients start with one of these and end up using two. We'll tell you honestly which one fits before you commit to anything.
Executive SearchMost requested
Retained search for the hires that are hard to get wrong: your VP of Engineering, your first CFO, the GM who runs a whole region. We map the market before we ever pitch a name to you.
Permanent Placement
Full-cycle recruiting for the roles you need filled now, not in a quarter.
Contract Staffing
Contract and contract-to-hire people who can start within days, not weeks.
RPO
An embedded team that runs your hiring pipeline when volume outgrows your own recruiters.
How it works
No black box, just four steps
You'll get a status update every week a search is active. Not a form email, an actual update from the recruiter running it.
01
A real conversation
We ask about the role you actually need, which is usually different from the one in the job description. Sometimes we talk you out of requirements that would kill the search.
02
Outreach to people not looking
Most of the candidates we place weren't browsing job boards. They were doing fine where they were until we called.
03
Vetting before you see anyone
References checked, skills tested, salary expectations confirmed. You get a short list, not a stack of maybes.
04
Staying on after the offer
We check in at 30, 60, and 90 days. If something's off, we hear about it early enough to fix it.
Where we specialize
Eight industries, not a hundred
We only take searches in industries our team already knows well. We'd rather turn one down than guess our way through it.
